Viliv S10 Blade Release Date Pushed Back to Mid-May
Looks like the Viliv S10 Blade won’t be shipping in the US anytime soon. The 10″ convertible netbook has been expected to begin shipping soon, but has been pushed back to late April or as late as mid-May. Online retailer Dynamism had an April 22nd ship date, but has moved that because of delays by the factory.
The Viliv S10 comes with a 1.6GHz Intel Atom Z530 processor, Intel GMA 500 graphics and Windows 7 Premium. Prices start at $699 and can go up to as much as $1000 for an Intel Atom Z550, 64GB SSD and 3G. Pretty pricey for a netbook but you have to consider the processor, the memory, Windows 7 Premium, as well as it being a convertible tablet/netbook with a touchscreen display.
