Toshiba updates 10″ notebooks
Theres something going on with the 10″ netbook segment. HP’scome out with an updated version of their Mini 110 and now Toshiba’s giving their lot a spec-bump up.
The Toshiba NB305 has a new 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N455 processor and 1GB or DDR3 memory. Like the older version this one too comes equipped with Windows Starter Edition, a 250GB hard drive, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and a six cell battery.
Also up for grabs is a lower priced NB255. Its built of a less expensive kind of plastic and has a keyboard design that differs from the NB305 but the insides are almost all the same.
Both netbooks have a 10.1″ screen with 1024 x 600 pixel displays.
Toshiba NB305 is priced at $379.
Toshiba NB255 is priced at $299.
Toshiba NB305 old version is priced at $399 $349.95 on Amazon.com
