The Apple iPad scores
The iPad it turns out, is the Apple of everyone’s eye. They received 120,000 orders for iPads on the first day, with over 50,000 ordered in the first two hours -without anyone actually getting their hands on one.
So how well is the iPad actually doing? According to a report in the Wall Street Journal, Apple could sell more iPads in the first three months than the number of iPhones sold in the first three months when they first came out. But not everyone agrees with that including some of the online bookmakers who say the odds are against the iPad outdoing the iPhone.
At the moment it seems like no matter what Apple releases, there’s going to be a demand for it. Whether or not the iPad will actually stack up at th end of it all, is really all speculation.
