Sony Vaio W Billabong Edition Available for Pre-Order, $500

The Sony Vaio W Billabong Edition is up and available for pre-order from SonyStyle store for $499.99. Originally, it was only supposed to be available in Australia, but I guess Sony changed their minds.

We first saw the kinda-cool Vaio W last week, which looks like a surfer dude/skater guy’s perfect netbook. Billabong is, after all, an Australian company that designs gear for surfers and skateboarders alike.

Here are the technical details:

  • Intel Atom Processor (1.83GHz)
  • 10.1″ LED backlit LCD (1366×768)
  • 1GB RAM
  • 250GB HDD
  • Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam
  • Windows® 7 Starter Edition

You can also have it engraved. Availability is on or about June 11th. Sweet LOL
