Sneak peek at new netbook accessories
Sure, accessories can make your netbook look cooler but Scosche’s -a tech company specializing in mobile electronics and accessories – new range is more focussed on improving the overall experience. Their new line-up for 2010 will enhance several netbook aspects such as audio, communication, and safety.
First up is the skyCASTER wireless RF Computer Headphones with USB transmitter. This cushy headset comes with an adjustable microphone, making it ideal for programs like Skype. The headphones provide a range of up to 100 ft and claim to deliver excellent sound quality.
The company’s new netBOOK power accessories include three chargers. The netVOLT home is a 40 watt universal charger, while the 50 watt netVOLT Car lets you charge a netbook in the car. It also has an integrated USB port that lets you charge two devices at once. There’s also the inVERT — a 100 watt power inventor that you can use with a 12v power socket in an automobile.
As far as connection accessories, the Scosche netBOOK Connect line includes a Bluetooth USB adaptor, a flash card reader, and a 3-port USB hub with a cooling fan built into it. And lastly, Scosche will be offering the netbook Protect line which includes the netSUIT PRO carrying case for both netbooks and iPads. For the timeebing though, Scosche is keep mum about the prices.
