Samsung N510′s Hinge Design Flaw

If you’ve gotten your Samsung N510 netbook and you haven’t had any problem with it, be very, very careful with using it. Reports are coming in that there’s a design flaw in the netbook where the hinges break.

Now Samsung is pretty much defensive when it comes to this issue and people are continuously trying to get repairs, replacements or refunds, but if a lot of users are reporting the same issue over and over, then Samsung has got to go back to the drawing board and not blame their users. I, for one, am a careful netbook/notebook user, but I do put my machines through their paces. I will not be a happy camper when a hinge breaks.

And for $599.73 from Amazon? I don’t think anyone would be.
