Samsung N350 Makes Appearance at IFA
The Samsung N210 is the company’s thinnest netbook, and it has made an appearance at IFA in Berlin, except it has a new name, the Samsung N350. And that’s not the only thing that’s new. The N350 also has a 3G and a 4G modem. At least, the one displayed on IFA which has an HSPA + 3G modem and an LTE modem for connection to 4G networks.
It also carries updated netbook specs than the N210. It comes with an Intel Atom N455, 1GB of DDR3 memory, 250GB hard drive, and WiFi. It also has Samsung’s Easy Share system which allows streaming content from a Samsung device to a DLNA capable machine.
Samsung’s showing off of the model did not include stating a release date, but we can probably expect to see it come out when 4G networks go live. Verizon’s is stated to come online at the end of this year, while AT&T and T-Mobile will follow in 2011.
