Samsung N140 Product Page Now Up
Yes! Samsung has officially posted a product page for the Samsung N140 netbook, which, incidentally, also has the potential to be my (and my colleague, Nidhi’s) favorite netbook. I mean what’s not to like? Screen is non-glossy, keyboard is large and comfy, the Samsung software is awesome, and it gives you a decent 8 hours on a single charge.
It’s been available on
Amazon since Windows 7 was launched, so the product page launch seems a little anti-climactic, but still, note-worthy as it means we’re getting closer and closer to it’s release. Price on Amazon is $402.24 with Windows 7 Starter edition.
Technical Specs (as per Amazon) include:
- 10.1″ non-glare widescreen
- 1.66GHz Intel N280 Atom Processor
- 1GB Memory
- 250GB Hard Drive
- 10.1″ LED Widescreen Display, Intel GMA 950 Graphics
- 93% keyboard
- Microsoft Windows 7 Starter Edition
- Up to 7.5 Hours of Battery Life
A closer look at the product pages states that the N140-14B (same as on the Amazon page) comes with a Intel Atom N270 processor ad runs for 9.5 hours. Hmmm.
