Acer Review, Asus Review – Netbook 10

The Samsung N120 is now available from Amazon.com for $450 approximately. The N120 has three big pluses -

1. It has a full size keyboard. A full 12″ keyboard on a 10″ screen machine. There is also a large touch pad area for a more comfortable use.
2. The battery life is amazing – up to 10.5 hrs thanks to the 6 cell battery.
3. It has two speakers with SRS audio technology. Samsung says -
   

   SRS 2.1ch system, featuring 2 x 1.5 watt stereo speakers with a dedicated sub-woofer. 

The Samsung N120 is the first netbook to do a good job with sound – it comes with built-in speakers and a subwoofer for great sounds. This will make it a big hit with audiophiles who’ve had no options before the N120. 

And it looks pretty good too -

1. Weight is just 2.6 pounds despite the 6-cell battery.
2. Standard three USB 2.0 ports, a 3-in-1 memory card reader.
3. The operating system is Windows XP SP3.
4. An integrated 1.3 megapixel digital motion camera

Samsung’s Samsung NC10 is a spectacular netbook, and at the lower $400 price, arguably the best netbook available. The Samsung N120 continues in that vein of excellence and we highly recommend checking it out.

With its two star netbooks – the NC10 and the N120, Samsung suddenly has the most appealing netbooks line in the market. Acer and Asus ought to be getting worried.
