RunCore Launches SSD Upgrades for Dell Mini 9
RunCore, Solid State Disk maker and supplier of SSD upgrades for Dell Mini 9, has released their new line of SSDs for the Dell Inspiron Mini 9, the RunCore Pro IV Light PATA SSD which are designed for netbooks with PCIe slots instead of hard drives. What it does is is gives you faster read and write speeds than the disks that comes with the netbooks. RunCore claims that you can get better performance without sacrificing speed when you raise the size of the drive.
You also don’t need to do anything fancy when you’re replacing your existing SSD, since the Pro IV Light comes with an upgrade kit which includes a USB HDD case and cables.
You can get a RunCore Pro IV Light SSD from MyDigitalDiscount.com where the 16GB is selling for $90, 32GB for $130 and 64GB for $230.
These SSDs are designed for the Dell Inspiron Mini 9 ($649.00 from Amazon) but will also work with the Dell Vostro A90.
