RUMOR: Nokia Tablet

Nokia has come up with their own netbook. And since they’re coming up with touchscreen phones, it’s not a stretch that they’d come up with their very own tablet netbook as well. DigiTimes is reporting that Nokia’s tablet could be available in Q4 of 2010.

No official word yet, and these are basically just rumors circulating around the netbook/tablet community, but Nokia has reportedly completed a hundred engineering samples just waiting to be tested. It wil have a 7 or 9″ screen made by Foxconn, with a Meego operating system. While the Nokia netbook was sold exclusively by BestBuy, Nokia will work with telecoms to sell their tablet.

Was the Nokia Booklet 3G successful? Anyhow, the company has come up with a lot of touchscreen phones so they should pretty much know what they’re doing.
