Netbook Around the World: Swift i-Touch
Posted on June 29th, 2010 by Denise

The Swift i-Touch is a convertible, touchscreen netbook with 10.1″ capacitive touchscreen display, a 1.66GHz Intel Atom N450 processor, 1GB RAM and a 320GB hard drive. It also has a 1.3MP webcam, WiFi and optional 3G. While it will sell for the equivalent of $450 US, we won’t see it in the States. It’s only available in the United Arab Emirates.
Too bad since there are really few touchscreen convertible tablet netbooks in the US market: the Asus Eee PC T10MT ($484.03), Lenovo S10-3t ($434.69) and the Gigabyte Touchnote ($788.00). And at $450? It should have been the least expensive of the bunch.
