Black Friday Netbook Deals

A cumulative collection of all the deals people are typing about on the internets in lieu of Black Friday – the day after Thanksgiving, falls on Nov. 27 this year, when all US stores offer ridiculously awesome deals. This list will be updated regularly.

*** BEWARE OF BAD DEALS – MOST OF THESE NETBOOKS ARE LOW -POWERED, RUN WINDOWS XP (not Windows7) and HAVE ONLY THREE HOURS OF BATTERY LIFE (probably).

Acer  AOD250 – $150 at Office Max stores. (1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Windows XP)

Acer AOD250 – $200 at Office Depot. Savings of $100. (1.6GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Windows XP)

Dell Inspiron Mini 10v- $250 at Dell. Savings of $30 (Windows XP)

Dell Inspiron Mini 9 – $300 at Dell. Savings of $50.

Acer Aspire One  $250 at Newegg. Savings of $50. (512MB, 8 GB SSD — funky specs, overpriced)

Windows 7 Purple Acer AOD250 + USB +Carry Case – $250 at Walmart Accessories are pretty much free. (1GB RAM, 250GB HDD, Windows 7, 6 cell battery – very worth it)
