HP Mini 2102 Now Available for Pre-order

You can now get the HP Mini 2102 (aka HP Mini 210). The difference?

  • HP Mini 2102 – sold by HP’s Business Division
  • Hp Mini 210 – sold by HP’s Consumer Division

Simply put, the HP Mini 2102 is pricier but you do get more options for customization. Case in point, check out the Customization and Order page of the HP Mini 2102 right over here.

Price will start at $447.00 with a choice of FreeDOS or Linux with a 3-cell battery. If you want Windows 7 with that you have to add $$$ ($40).

Here are the available options:

  • Operating System: Windows 7 Starter, Windows 7 Professional, Windows XP Professional, Windows XP Home, Suse Linux, FreeDos
  • Intel Atom N450 processor (1.66 GHz)
  • 10.1 LED-backlit WSVGA display (1024×600)
  • Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD
  • 1GB or 2GB DDR2 RAM
  • 160GB SATA HD (250GB and 320GB are also available depending on the OS of your choice
  • WiFi + Bluetooth option also available
  • 3-cell or 6-cell battery

The HP Mini 210 is also available from Amazon. The HP Mini 210-1030NR with Windows 7 Starter, 160GB SATA HD and 9.75 hours of battery life is $328.00, while the HP Mini 210-1070NR with Windows 7 Starter, 250GB SATA HD and 9.75 hours of battery life is $382.47.
