ezGear SurfBoard 700, Another Android Tablet
Posted on July 12th, 2010 by Denise
Here’s another Google Android-powered tablet, the 7″ ezGear SurfBoard 700. While not exactly the first brand that comes to mind when someone says “tablet” (can I hear an iPad?), it sounds like a pretty decent machine.
The tablet will run Google Android 2.1 and will rock a 1GHz RockChip RK2818 chipset. It has a 7.9″, 800 x 480 pixel screen, and supports 720p HD video. Like every other tablet, its WiFi-capable, with a 2MP camera and a microSD card slot if you need more than 8GB of memory which is the capacity of the built-in storage.
Tablet is said to be due out in September. Stay tuned for pricing details.
