The eMachines eM350 is part of Acer’s inexpensive netbooks line. Okay, so they didn’t shave a hundred bucks from the price of the cheapest Acer Aspire One netbook with an N450 processor, but at $280, the eM350 is definitely a budget machine.
Here are the specs:
- 10″ 1024 x 600 pixel display
- Intel Atom N450
- 1GB of RAM
- 160GB hard drive
- 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 10/100Mbps Ethernet, 2 USB ports
- 10.2″ x 7.3″ x 1″, 2.4 pounds
- 3 cell, 2200mAh battery
- Windows XP Home SP3
If you did a double-take on the OS, yes, it comes with a Windows XP, the operating system that wouldn’t die. Personally, I liked Windows XP. It took me ages to finally make the jump to Windows 7.
Anyhow, you can get your hands on the eMachines eM350-2074 from B&H for $279.99.
