Dell Mini Nickelodeon Edition Now Available
Posted on October 1st, 2009 by Denise
My hanging out at Dell Home & Home Office had paid off because I found out that Dell’s Mini 10v Nickelodeon Edition is finally available. The slime green and white netbook has been announced last August after Disney and Asus has teamed up for the Disney Netpal (which, incidentally, is also finally available from Amazon for $349.99).
The Mini 10v Nickelodeon Edition has a starting price of $329.
Here are the specs:
- Genuine Windows® XP Home Edition SP3
- 10.1″ Widescreen Display (1024×600)
- 1GB3 DDR2 SDRAM4
- 160GB, 2.5inch, 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
- Intel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 950
- Wireless 802.11g (1397) Mini Card
- 24WHr Lithium-Ion Battery (3-cell)
- Intel® Atom Processor® N270 (1.6GHz/533Mhz FSB/512K cache)
- Integrated 1.3M Pixel Webcam
Not a lot of kids would mind what ever’s inside the netbook so long as they have the games and activities they need and that they “Have the Slime of Your Life”. At first glance though, I think I’d rather grab a Netpal if not for the size. We’ll see…
