Budget Sony Vaio M Now Available in the US, $380

Sony Vaio M Tigerdirect

The Sony Vaio M has made it to US shores via TigerDirect, and lo and behold, it’s selling for $379.99. You never really see anything with the Vaio name that was worth less than $400. It was actually the expected price for this baby when it was first released in Europe.

The netbook, also known as Vaio’s budget netbook, has the following specs:

  • Intel Atom N450 processor
  • 10.1” 1024 x 600 display
  • GMA 3150 graphics
  • 1GB DDR2 RAM
  • 250B HDD
  • 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 10/100 LAN
  • Bluetooth 2.1+EDR
  • Microsoft Windows 7 Starter

Those are bare minimum specs, and it’s still a bit pricey, but for a Sony Vaio, $379.99 is practically a steal. Will upate as soon as this comes up on Amazon.
