Bestseller Netbooks on Amazon – April24
Here’s a look at what’s hot this week, these netbooks have infiltrated Amazon’s best selling list!
1. Acer AOD250 ($280)
After a succession of top spot best sellers from Asus, Acer is now sitting happy at the top spot of the Amazon best selling list. This netbook comes with Windows 7 Starter, the older N280 Atom processor from Intel, a 250 gig HDD and 6 cell battery which amounts to 9 hours of juice. At $280, not a bad buy at all.
2. Asus 1005PE ($361)
While the Asus 1005PE is priced a lot higher than the Acer AOD250, it comes packed with a LOT more goodies, making the whole package very reasonably priced at $361, imo. This netbook comes with the new gen power efficient N450 Atom processor which makes the Asus 1005PE last up to 14 hours on its 6 cell battery. The netbook comes packed in a sleek chassis and has a chiclet keyboard! Priceless :-)
3. Toshiba mini NB305 ($300)
The Toshiba NB305 is a mix of old and new. It comes with Windows XP and a primitive 160GB HDD, but also throws in the latest Intel N450 processor (1.66GHz). With a battery life of 11 hours, if you’re stumped between this and the Acer AOD250, bear in mind that the Toshiba NB305 is an award winning netbook liked by many for it’s chassis and large keyboard and touchpad.
