Asus Announces 12.1″ Lamborghini VX6 Notebook
If you think that a Ferrari and a Lamborghini can only compete in the streets, think again. Asus has released the Asus Lamborghini VX6 notebook to compete with the Acer Ferrari One notebook ($569.99 from Amazon).
The 12.1″ laptop comes with a 1.83GHz dual Core Intel Atom D525 processor which we normally see in desktop PCs instead of laptops, as well as a NVIDIA ION 2 graphics card. It also has 4GB of DDR3 memory, a 12.1″ 1366 x 768 pixel display and runs on Windows 7 Home Premium.
Asus also has a larger Lamborghini laptop called the VX7 which will have a 15.6″, 1920 x 1080 pixel screen, Core i3, i5 or i7 processor with support for up to 16GB of RAM.
Personally, I like the looks of this more than the Ferrari One. No word on price as of yet, but then put a Lamborghini tag on anything and you can expect that it ain’t gonna be cheap.
