Acer Review, Asus Review – Netbook 10

The Acer Aspire One A110 (or Acer AOA110) is an 8.9-inch netbook.  The best things about the AOA110 are its small size and its considerably light weight (2.19 pounds with the flash memory module and 3-cell battery pack).  However, like the AOA150, it doesn’t have integrated Bluetooth connectivity so set your sights further if you want this feature in your Acer Aspire One netbook.  In fact, the AOA110 has specifications that are very similar to that of the Acer Aspire One A150 netbook except for two things:

• its operating system can be Windows XP or Linpus Linux Lite (the AOA150 units available ship out with a Windows XP operating system)
• it usually has an 8GB NAND flash memory solid state drive plus an 8GB SD card for storage instead of a hard disk drive (the AOA150 units come with a SATA hard disk drive)

The AOA110 is not included in the list of netbook models in the US Acer website.  Nevertheless, customers who live in the US can get AOA110 netbooks from Amazon.
