Acer AOD250 all over Amazon Best-selling Netbook List!
Acer has been having a good week at Amazon, with different configurations of the Acer AOD250 with Windows 7 taking up many spots on the top 20 netbooks list.
It’s nice to see netbooks other than the Asus 1005HA ($378) and Toshiba NB205 ($350) on Amazon’s best seller list for a change. Interesting that it’s the AOD250 which doesn’t offer anything different but a lower price point (whereas Asus netbooks are known for having awesome battery life and Toshiba’s NB205 is known for looking good).
The best selling AOD250 is the black one, priced at $345 and equipped with a 1.66GHz N280 processor, a 250GB HDD and a high output 6 cell battery (5800 mAh).
Following that is the red AOD250 with the same configuration but slightly more expensive at $365. I guess red is always worth more, huh :)
The blue AOD250 comes priced between the black and red at $355. Again with the same configuration.
Last but not least is the cheaper configuration: The blue AOD250 with a 1.6GHz N270 processor and a normal 6 cell (5200 mAh) battery at $330.
All in all a great week for Acer – all three colors of netbooks made the best selling list. Not bad! We’ll be putting up a review of the netbook up soon, check back.
