Pamper your netbook with an Air Cushion case
With better netbooks coming out, especially those with nVidia ION, they’re becoming the kind of machines you want to take care of and use for more than just one year. While a simple netbook sleeve should be sufficient for general use, here’s an option to protect your netbook from daily heavy usage.
The Zippack Air Cushion case is pretty nifty. It’s made to fit 10″ netbooks, and comes with “premium quality shock absorbing Lycra Air Cushions… that offer flexibility and lasting performance.” Don’t know how true this is but take a look at the air cushions! Visually they look like they do their job 110%.
The cool thing about this case – they’ve squeezed in place for you to carry along other gadgets, books etc. Between one of the air cushion flaps and the outer case wall are tiny pouches where you can put in your cell phone, data card, carry on mouse etc, as well as a place for you to keep any papers or books you need. And because there’s air cushioning, you don’t have to worry about the gadgets/netbook adaptor making a dent on your netbook.
The case is obviously bigger than normal netbook sleeves, and costs more at $53. It does look good though, and is available in universally acceptable black. Not a bad buy if you tend to carry a lot on you.
